The layout

Access and shared areas

Self-check-in from 3 pm: register at the building’s reception and enter using the smart lock; the code is sent through the Airbnb chat. You have the entire apartment and access to the building’s pool (usual hours: 8 am–6 pm). The building has free parking bays, available on a first-come, first-served basis with no space guaranteed. It also offers private parking arranged directly with the administration, for approximately COP 25,000 per night, subject to availability and confirmation of the rate. If you are travelling with a baby, request the cot in advance.

Before you book

- Visitors: permitted from 8 am to 8 pm with identification. After that time, they must be registered as guests at reception and on the reservation.
- Pets welcome.
- The apartment does not have a washing machine.
- Check-out before 11 am. Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are permitted only on the balcony, with the door to the interior kept closed. None of these activities are permitted inside the apartment. Commercial photography and filming sessions are allowed. You must notify the host in advance. Cartagena has a very warm climate and the water temperature may vary with environmental conditions. The apartment does not have hot water.
